Re-discovering life with my camera.

Pedro’s Inspiration.

Pedro Schambon’s passion for organic farming never strays far from his beliefs on helping and teaching underprivileged communities.

As busy as he is working the land at My Father’s Farm, providing fresh local fruits and vegetables to local food banks,  helping community gardens in the area and educating unprivileged communities about healthy sustainable practices, Pedro always has time for a smile.

In the past, Pedro and his wife Dayana helped build orphanages in Latin America.  In these orphanages, underprivileged kids not only had an education and a  safe place to live, but also learned  organic farming  in order to meet  their  basic needs, all in one place.  If you would like to learn more about their amazing mission, please  visit http://www.myfathersfarm.org/myfathershouse.html#vision

This is Pedro’s  inspiration:

“Our most important value comes from  being “good stewards” of God’s resources  available to us on earth.

We are concerned with the fact that we are approaching two generations where people have lost their connection with the land

and where children hardly know where their meals truly come from.”

Pedro Schambon at "My Father's Farm" Seguin, TX
